Zakharova spoke negatively about the US attack on an oil port in Yemen

Russia considers the US strike on the Ras Isa oil port in Yemen's Hodeidah province unjustified and unacceptable. This was announced on April 24 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a briefing.

"As for the attacks by the US Armed Forces on the Ras Isa oil terminal on the night of April 18, according to the latest data, they resulted in the death of more than 80 and the injury of about 230 people. We consider such actions unjustified and unacceptable," Zakharova said.

In addition, she added that Russia, together with regional partners, will continue its energetic efforts to ensure that the situation in and around Yemen returns to normal soon.
