Naryshkin allowed the possibility of a meeting with the director of the CIA


Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), announced a possible meeting with John Ratcliffe, head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States. Naryshkin announced this on April 24.
"We had a telephone conversation with a colleague, with the director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Such a very constructive conversation," he told TASS.
According to Naryshkin, he does not exclude the possibility of a meeting.
On March 12, the SVR press office reported that Naryshkin had discussed with the head of the CIA the issues of cooperation between the special services. According to the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, both sides agreed to maintain regular contact.
