In the DPR, a woman was sentenced to 13 years for treason

In the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), a court sentenced a 53-year-old resident in a criminal case of high treason. This was reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor's office on April 24.

"The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has handed down a verdict in a criminal case against Natalia Voronina, a 53-year-old resident of Mariupol. She was found guilty under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High treason")," the message says.

It is specified that from July 2022 to January 2024, Voronina reported on the locations of individual units of Russian military units in the Novoazovsky district of the DPR.

As a result, the court sentenced the woman to 13 years in prison to serve her sentence in a general regime penal colony with a one-year restriction of liberty.

Earlier, on April 7, a 19-year-old resident of the Kherson region was sentenced to nine years in prison in a penal colony for espionage and treason. She recorded on her phone the objects used by the Russian Armed Forces (AF) and state authorities. The girl sent the materials via messengers, as well as via e-mail.
