Ashfall from the release of the Nameless volcano in Kamchatka is over


The ashfall caused by the activity of the Nameless volcano in Kamchatka has ended in the settlements of the Milkovsky municipal district. On April 24, the main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the region was informed about this.
"According to the EDDS (unified duty dispatch service. — Ed.), the ashfall in the settlements of the Milkovsky district has ended," the department's Telegram channel says.
On the same day, it was reported that ash up to 11 km high had been released from a volcano in Kamchatka. Volcanologist Yuri Demenchuk told Izvestia that the activity of the Nameless has increased since April 21.
