Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) neutralized two militants who were preparing a terrorist attack using unmanned aerial vehicles in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was announced on April 24 in the department.

It is specified that the sabotage was planned at the petrochemical plant. The performers were two citizens from Central Asia, acting on the instructions of a curator from Ukraine.
