On April 24, the winners of the 47th Moscow International Film Festival, where more than 200 films from 50 countries were presented, will be announced in Moscow.

So, at the opening ceremony, a new film adaptation of Boris Vasiliev's novel "Not on the list" was shown, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

There are 13 films participating in the main competition of the festival, including three domestic films: "Two in one Life, not counting the Dog", "Planet" and "Family Happiness". The rest of the films are foreign, from Argentina, Turkey, Spain and South Korea. Special attention was drawn to the Kazakh painting "Evacuation", which tells about a woman who is looking for her daughter in Alma Ata during the war.

The film "The Postman" starring Alexander Petrov as the postman was also presented at the festival. The actor noted that he tried to find a balance in the portrayal of his character so that his features would not be perceived as a disease.

"He understood that it was necessary to observe a fine line so that it would not look bad, so that we would not think that he had a disease. And that it has such a feature," he noted.

Actors Peter Fedorov and Irina Starshenbaum presented the comedy "There", which tells about a taxi driver and his charismatic passenger. Fedorov shared that he had to adapt to the filming conditions.

"The whole windshield was blocked up, there was such a gap, and as such I had to be Schumacher in a good way, pushing the rows," Fedorov said.

The premiere of Tigran Keosayan's film "The Seven Days of Pyotr Semenych", based on a story by Margarita Simonyan, attracted special attention. The main role was played by Fyodor Dobronravov, and his daughter was played by Luara Keosayan. Simonyan emphasized the importance of such films for modern cinema.

On January 26, the 18th Kustendorf International Film Festival by Serbian director Emir Kusturica ended in Serbia, where Russian participants took several awards. The film "The Universe" by Sofia Chigirova received a special jury prize and a diploma "Vilko Filach" for the best cinematography, for which the director's future husband Vladislav Burlaka was responsible.
