Over 150 countries will take part in the annual international security conference in Moscow, organized by the Security Council of the Russian Federation. This was announced on April 24 by Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu.

He noted that this year's meeting of high representatives will be held from May 27 to May 29. During the event, participants will discuss ways to strengthen cooperation with the world's majority countries in the field of security.

According to Shoigu, in addition to the plenary session and the round table, the conference will feature modern Russian weapons, military equipment, and achievements in the field of information security.

"We look forward to the participation of representative delegations from more than 150 countries," Shoigu said in an interview with TASS.

On March 28, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council the development of relations with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. The report was delivered by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
