A space for recreation and sports activities will appear in the Presnensky district of Moscow

In the Presnensky district of Moscow, a site is being reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Wednesday, April 23, by Maxim Gaman, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.

According to him, the land area will be 0.48 hectares. A comfortable, well-maintained public space will be organized between Khodynskaya and Presnensky Val Streets, which will include, among other things, an outdoor playground for sports. Specialists will also carry out landscaping of the territory and provide a convenient road network.

"The territory will become part of an already established residential area near the 1905 Street metro station," the Moscow City News Agency quoted Gaman as saying.

This is the second CDT project in the area. In total, it is planned to reorganize the territory with an area of 1.24 hectares, writes "Moscow 24".
