- MAER supported the release of the military drama "Blood Group" about the heroism and tragedy of children during the war

The presentation of the military drama "Blood Group" took place at the TASS press center. The film is being released with the support of the Cinema Foundation, Gazprom Media Holding, the Russian Military Historical Society and the Movement of the First. The communication partner was the MAER media holding.
The film is based on real events and tells about the crimes of the Nazis against children during the Great Patriotic War. The plot focuses on the story of a children's donor concentration camp in the Leningrad region, where blood was pumped from young prisoners for the needs of the Nazi invaders. This is one of the most terrifying and long-suppressed pages of military history, which will now receive wide coverage thanks to the film.
"The topic of the genocide of the Soviet people has never been raised before. After the decisions of the Nuremberg Tribunal, it would seem that there is no point in returning to these atrocities. However, the figures show that civilian casualties from bombing, starvation, deliberate extermination and extermination by the occupiers significantly exceeded the military losses of the Soviet Union. And these figures are not final," said Vladimir Medinsky, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society.
The film was created as part of the federal project "Without a Statute of Limitations", aimed at preserving the historical memory of the victims of the Nazi genocide. The script is based on archival documents, survivor testimonies, and trial materials.
The MAER media holding acted as the film's communication partner. More than 10 million Russians will learn about the movie from media facades and digital street screens in three weeks.
"The film "Blood Type" reveals one of the most terrible pages of the war — the crimes of the Nazis against children. These facts have remained in the shadows for a long time, but today we must tell the whole country about them. Our media holding took on special responsibility for the promotion of the film "Blood Type". This is not just a movie — it is our duty to the memory of innocent victims and a warning to future generations. We have done everything to make this truth heard by millions," said Konstantin Mayor, founder and CEO of the MAER media holding.
The film "Blood Type" is released on the eve of Victory Day, May 8.
