Russian President Vladimir Putin supports the idea of a complete ceasefire, but before that, its parameters should be clarified, including the supply of weapons to Ukraine from Europe. This was announced on April 23 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in an interview with the French magazine Le Point.

"If the ceasefire had happened today, would France have stopped supplying Kiev with ammunition, weapons, missiles and air defense systems tomorrow? And what about the UK?", — said Peskov.
