The meeting of representatives of Ukraine, Great Britain, France and Germany in London ended with an agreement on further consultations. This was announced on April 23 by the head of the office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Andrei Ermak.

He specified that besides him, the Ukrainian side was represented at the meeting by the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga and the head of the Ministry of Defense of the country Rustem Umerov. Jonathan Powell, Adviser to the British Prime Minister on National Security, Emmanuel Bonn, Adviser to the French President, and Jens Pletner, Adviser to the German Chancellor on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, participated in the meeting from other countries.

"We have agreed on further regular consultations to achieve the main goal: a just peace for Ukraine," Ermak wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the sides stressed the dedication to the peace efforts of US President Donald Trump.

On the afternoon of April 23, Sky News reported that the foreign ministers of Germany, France and the United Kingdom refused to participate in the summit on Ukraine in London. By their actions, they lowered the status of the event to a lower level. It is specified that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga plans to meet with British Foreign Minister David Lemmy.
