In the week before the May holidays, the productivity of employees in every third Russian organization increased from 10 to 30%. This was shown by a survey of organizations conducted by the IT company Stakhanovets. The personnel performance data is obtained from the employee monitoring system. The results were reviewed by Izvestia on April 24.

"Managers explain the productivity trend by saying that employees try to complete all tasks before long weekends, as many people take vacations or time off in addition to holidays," the experts said.

At the same time, in another 30% of companies, long weekends do not affect staff efficiency: such organizations have strict deadlines, so even during the May holidays, employees usually continue to work from home.

In other organizations, they replied that the upcoming weekend does not affect productivity and staff continues to work normally.

Earlier, on March 31, it was reported that more than half of Russians (56%) feel signs of burnout or depression at work. This is stated in the results of a survey of analysts of the Kontur communications service.A lot of sense." At the same time, 20% of respondents think that a psychologist could help them cope with a difficult moral state, and another 5% are already working out their problems with a specialist. At the same time, almost one in two Russians reported that they become happier at work thanks to their friendship with colleagues. Such relationships improve their emotional mood and motivation.
