Police in Moscow detained a vandal who painted a wall of Tsoi

Police in Moscow have detained a man who defaced the wall of memory of rock musician Viktor Tsoi on the Old Arbat with paint. This was announced on April 23 by a source of Izvestia.
The suspect was taken to the police department for trial. An administrative case of minor hooliganism has been initiated against him (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). The vandal turned out to be Stepan B., born in 1989.
Earlier on Wednesday, the inscription "Gloomy cabbage soup" appeared on the wall of Tsoi, applied in red paint on top of others.
The new inscription appeared after Tsoi's wall on Arbat was defaced on April 12 by fans of the deceased rapper Pasha Technik. The next day, fans of the Kino group came with spray cans to paint over the graffiti. As one of them noted, he does not know the songs of the Technician, but Viktor Tsoi's music will always be listened to, from generation to generation.
In St. Petersburg on April 16, fans also pasted a photo of a Technician in a monkey mask on top of Tsoi's image. Another provocation of the rapper's fans took place in Lyubansky Lane in the square of the rock musician.
