The captain of HC Avtomobilist was suspended due to violations of anti-doping rules.

Anatoly Golyshev, captain of the Avtomobilist hockey club, has been temporarily suspended from the games due to the result of a doping test. This was reported on the HC website on April 23.
"Based on the notification of the result of the doping test of striker Anatoly Golyshev, our club expects a full clarification of all the circumstances of the case by the anti-doping authorities," the statement said.
Golyshev played his entire adult career at Avtomobilist, was the team captain in the 2024/2025 season, and his five-year contract was signed until the end of the 2028/2029 season.
On March 15, the press service of HC CSKA announced that two-time Gagarin Cup winner forward Vladislav Kamenev was temporarily suspended for violating anti-doping rules. Presumably, meldonium was found in his body.
