Sobyanin spoke about the work of the Moscow Transport hotline

The operators of the Moscow Transport hotline advise citizens 24 hours a day and process an average of 6.6 thousand calls per day, said Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

According to him, the hotline has received almost 40 million calls in 12 years of operation. Most often, residents and guests of the capital call to clarify the timetable and opening hours of the stations, to learn about the evacuation of the car and the procedure for paying for parking, to ask how to return things lost during the trip.

For example, last year, passengers contacted the contact center almost 200 thousand times regarding forgotten items, and about 100 thousand more requests were related to the Troika and the operation of the ticket system.
