A new modern residential block will be built in the Yuzhnoportovy district on the site of non-residential buildings, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel. Housing on an area of 0.44 hectares will be allocated for the purposes of the renovation program.

"There used to be outdated facilities here. Now we will build 18.6 thousand square meters of real estate in their place, improve the territory and update the street and road network. This is another step towards creating a comfortable urban environment," the mayor said.

To date, 115 integrated territorial development projects are being implemented in the capital. The total area of the new building is about 1400 hectares. As a result, more than 28 million square meters will be built in the areas where the program is being implemented. m of modern real estate and there will be over 334 thousand new jobs.
