Hundreds of garages will be seized in one of the districts of Tyumen due to its reconstruction

In Tyumen, the area on the border of Dambovskaya – Melnikaite streets is undergoing reconstruction. Hundreds of garages will be seized there for the comprehensive development of the territory. This is stated on the website of the city administration.

The report clarifies that in order to improve residential development, it was decided to seize the land plot and the real estate objects located on it, namely garages.

The area of the area that is going to be transformed is 8 hectares. Permission has been given for the construction of multi-storey buildings, healthcare facilities, kindergartens, schools and sports grounds, writes the news agency " <url>".

Earlier it was reported that the Tyumen authorities proposed to renovate the site, which houses eight residential buildings and 19 non-residential buildings. The area of the territory is 26 hectares.
