A wooden cottage completely burned down near Kovdor in the Murmansk region. Firefighters couldn't control the fire for about three hours.

According to the Bi-port news agency, the fire started in the afternoon on Tuesday, April 22, in a country house in the Pobeda SNT. The message about the fire was received at the duty desk at 14:02.

By 4 p.m., firefighters with the involvement of two fire trucks managed to extinguish the open gorenje. The fire was completely extinguished only after 17 hours.

As a result, the one-story wooden cottage and the things inside the house were completely burned. The fire area was 48 sq. m. The roof collapsed. The causes of the incident and the amount of damage are now being determined.

On April 22, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Primorsky Territory reported that two warehouses with construction materials on an area of 1 thousand square meters caught fire in the village of Solovey-Klyuch. Later, the department informed that the fire had been completely eliminated.
