Bloomberg reported an increase in crude oil exports from Russia

Crude oil flows from all Russian ports reached 3.21 million barrels per day in the four weeks to April 20, thereby recovering about a quarter of the losses in the three weeks preceding this period. This was reported by Bloomberg on April 23.
"According to vessel tracking data and reports from port agents, in the week to April 20, a total of 31 tankers loaded 23.45 million barrels of Russian crude oil," the publication says.
The gross value of exports recovered by about two-thirds from the previous week's drop, increasing by about $130 million (12%) to $1.28 billion in a week, the agency's article emphasizes.
According to Argus Media, export prices for Russian Urals crude from the Baltic increased by about $2.30 per barrel. The cost of the key Pacific variety ESPO increased by about $2.40, and shipping prices to India were about $2 higher.
On April 15, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said on the sidelines of the Eurasian Oil and Gas Forum that China intends to negotiate with Russia on gas supplies via the Power of Siberia –2 gas pipeline or increase purchases of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in 2025.
