There were no plans to hold a summit on Kiev in London, but a meeting between the envoys of the United States and Ukraine with the aim of continuing Washington's steps to resolve the conflict. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on April 23.
According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin is still open to contacts.
