The Petrogradsky District Court has sentenced Valery Shlyafman, the former concert director of singer Igor Talkov, in the case of the singer's murder in 1991, sentencing him in absentia to 13 years in prison. This was announced on April 23 in the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.

"The Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg announced the verdict in the criminal case against Valery Shlyafman, who was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 15 - paragraph d of Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, paragraph d of Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR," the Telegram channel says.
