Kirill Budanov, head of the main intelligence directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), confessed to Dmitry Rusnak, a former agent of the Moldovan special services, that Kiev and the whole of Europe had no chance of resisting the Russian army. This was stated by himself during the interrogation, the footage of which was provided on April 23 by the FSB Public Relations Center (PSC).

Earlier, the FSB reported that Rusnak, who came to Russia to collect intelligence data, was expelled from the country.
