There is no threat to the lives of those injured as a result of the detonation of ammunition in a military unit in the Vladimir region. This was announced by Governor Alexander Avdeev on April 23.

"The number of injured had not changed by morning: four people, whom I reported yesterday, three of them were hospitalized, there is no threat to life," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

In addition, Avdeev clarified that 495 people, including 13 children, are in temporary accommodation facilities in Kirzhachsky and Alexandrovsky districts.

The detonation of ammunition occurred on April 22 as a result of a fire on the territory of a military unit, the Russian Defense Ministry said. The cause of the fire was called a violation of safety requirements when working with explosive materials.

Later it became known that four people were injured due to the incident, three of them were hospitalized.
