One person was killed in a six-car accident in the Saratov region.

Six cars collided on a highway in the Saratov region, killing one person. This was announced on Wednesday, April 23, by the head of the regional security department of the regional government, Yuri Yurin.

"At 07:20 (06:02 Moscow time), 112 received a message that six cars collided on the Saratov–Khvalynsk highway in the Khvalynsky district: three trucks and three cars," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, as a result of the accident, a man who was in one of the cars was killed. Another person from the truck was injured and was taken to a medical facility.
