The press service added that due to bad weather, communication systems, power lines, as well as residential buildings and agricultural buildings may be damaged.

On April 22, the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia announced that the "orange" weather danger level was extended in Moscow due to abnormal heat with an average daily air temperature above the climatic norm by 7 degrees or more until the evening of April 24.
