Doctors told us how to prepare for a change in the weather.

During the period of sudden changes in temperature, pressure and humidity, general malaise, fatigue, pain in the head, muscles and joints may occur, doctors reminded Izvestia.
Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, as well as after a myocardial infarction and stroke, are at risk, said Polina Litvinenko, head of the polyclinic at Alexandrov CHUZ station of the Russian Railways Medicine Design Bureau in Murom.
"There may be a worsening of the course of these diseases in the form of spikes in blood pressure, increased heart pain, and an increase in the frequency of heart rhythm disturbances," the doctor said.
People with weakened bodies and immune systems, chronic diseases, and the elderly are also at risk, added Olga Shuppo, founder and scientific director of the Grand Clinic network of immunorehabilitation, adaptive and preventive medicine clinics.
Patients with lung diseases (bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and joint pathology can feel the change in the weather.
To avoid deterioration of well-being against the background of a rapid change in the weather, doctors recommended following the work and rest regime. It is worth avoiding additional stress and trying to get enough sleep. Walking in the fresh air will also help you to transfer temperature spikes more easily. It is equally important to eat right.
"Eat more vegetables and fruits, freshly squeezed juices, limit the consumption of simple carbohydrates, such as confectionery, and fatty foods," Litvinenko recommended.
Do not skip the scheduled intake of medications that were previously prescribed by the doctor, and in case of illness, contact the doctors immediately.
