The international consequences for violating the moratorium on hostilities must be spelled out in advance. Alexey Chepa, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, expressed this opinion on Tuesday, April 22.

"When a month ago there was a 30-day moratorium on the non-shelling of energy facilities, the moratorium was accepted, but the conditions for control and actions in case of violation were not specified. Thus, it gave Kiev the opportunity to violate this moratorium more than 100 times," Chepa said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru .

The politician stressed that penalties for violations should be primarily international.
