On April 22, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova posted an unreleased interview with a journalist from an unnamed media outlet on her Telegram channel. The conversation was not broadcast due to the inappropriate behavior of the interviewer, who actively defended the Kiev regime during the conversation.

According to Zakharova, initially her dialogue with the interviewer was calm. She gave a comment to a journalist about the current contacts between Moscow and Washington.

"But it's difficult to adequately describe what started afterwards. The journalist <...> began to defend [Ukrainian President Vladimir] carefully at first, and then more and more actively Zelensky and the Ukrainian Armed Forces (Armed Forces of Ukraine. — Ed.)," the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote.

In particular, according to Zakharova, during the conversation, the interviewer actively tried to broadcast more than once refuted fakes in the Western media about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian territory, as well as unsubstantiated claims about alleged strikes by the Russian army on civilian infrastructure.

At the same time, as the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted, her own stories about the atrocities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region and the suffering of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War made the journalist laugh.

"When it was already brimstone, he called me... "stop aggressive rhetoric" and "don't take everything so personally," Zakharova shared.

The media itself, according to Zakharova, was shocked by the journalist's behavior and refused to air the interview. Zakharova decided to publish the conversation at the request of a participant in the special operation who happened to be in the studio during the recording.

"At the request of those who were on the other side of life, served and defended our country on THEIR OWN, and as it turned out, by the will of fate, I was there, watching our conversation, and I am publishing this "interview," the diplomat added.
