Avito Real Estate has announced the start of cooperation with the proptech platform in the field of commercial real estate M2DATA, the company's press service reported. The parties will join forces to ensure the relevance of information in advertisements for the sale and lease of commercial real estate in the capital.
As part of the partnership, a number of ads on Avito Real Estate in the segments of sale and lease of offices and premises for free use, in addition to checking for compliance with the rules of the platform, will be verified in the M2DATA service and receive the badge "Price and m2 are relevant". This mark confirms that M2DATA specialists have contacted the owner of the facility and confirmed the cost, area and vacancy of the premises. Today, the project database contains detailed information about 7,900 buildings in Moscow and the region. Information about each room is updated within 30 days.
