The architecture of the SPIEF-2025 business program has been published

The motto of the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is "Law: lessons from the past for the world of the Future."
The business program of the Forum will be presented in ten thematic blocks: "Time of heroes — the right of heroes", "Effective law — effective state", "Law and Society", "Digitalization in law", "Development of legislation", "Law and Business", "International law in a changing world", "Dispute resolution", "Legal Community: education, profession and vocation" and "Ecosystem: Environment and Law".
"According to the established tradition, the most pressing legal issues will be discussed at the Forum with the participation of reputable Russian and foreign lawyers, government officials, representatives of public organizations and the business community. Such an open constructive dialogue is especially important today, when it is necessary to jointly look for new ways to develop and strengthen the legal foundations of a just multipolar world," said Konstantin Chuichenko, Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.
"We live in an era of great changes — technological, geopolitical, social — and it is the law that should become a stabilizing factor, a tool for harmonizing interests, protecting human dignity and sustainable development. The SPIEF is already a space for strategic dialogue. Ideas are born here, topical issues and important historical dilemmas are discussed. But even by discussing issues of the past, not to mention current issues, we are laying a solid foundation for the future. The Forum brings together leading experts, legislators, and practitioners to find balanced legal solutions that meet all modern challenges in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual respect," added Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee.
In addition to the main business agenda, the SPIEF 2025 program includes a meeting of Justice Ministers, an open meeting of the Council for Improving Arbitration Proceedings chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, a lecture by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, as well as presentations of new legal projects. Traditionally, the forum will host the International Youth Law Forum (MMJF), a space for law students and young professionals seeking professional growth and international cooperation.
The draft architecture of the business program is posted on the official website of the forum.
