The Russian army is destroying the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Krasnolimansk area with artillery and drone strikes. The correspondent of Izvestia told about it on April 22.

It is noted that the Russian Armed Forces have expanded the control zone south of Yampolovka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) by 1.5 km. They are currently moving forward in the village of Novoe. It is specified that they are supported by the gunners of the Zapad group of forces.

"Fire preemptively, escort the movement of infantry personnel. We need to support the infantry, otherwise the progress will be slow," said a senior officer of the Zapad group of forces artillery battery with the call sign Labuz.

In addition, it is noted that if the artillery for some reason could not defeat the enemy, then the Russian operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) destroy the enemy for them.
