- A captured Ukrainian Armed Forces militant complained about low payments and lack of training

Fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) receive low salaries, while their commanders send them to their deaths. This was announced on April 22 by the Ukrainian prisoner Viktor Abramovich.
"They give the fighters a small salary. They sit there themselves, they feed their children, they don't let them go anywhere. Let them go and fight, and not go to bars there. And where does the money go? And they give us twenty apiece, and we go to our deaths. As soon as they stop giving aid to Ukraine, then Ukraine will be "khan," he said.
Abramovich also spoke about the low level of training of those mobilized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, during the entire period of training, he managed to shoot at the military shooting range with his regular machine gun only a couple of times. Everything else that the mobilized were doing was cleaning weapons and restoring order.
The prisoner of war said that those mobilized with low training were immediately thrown into battle. As a result, Abramovich's unit came under fire and fled, after which he was captured by Russian soldiers.
On April 15, a captured militant of the Ukrainian army, Yuri Gladchenko, said that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was sending its soldiers to the front, not taking into account possible losses. He pointed out that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are sending everyone who can be detained on the street to the front line.
