At least 13 people were killed and 20 others injured in an accident involving a passenger van in Pakistan. This was reported by Xinhua on April 22, citing local authorities.
They noted that the accident occurred on Monday, April 21, in the Jamshoro district, Sindh province, in the southwest of the country.
"A passenger van carrying more than 30 people left the road and crashed into a ravine. The passengers were returning home after working in the wheat fields," the publication says.

According to police, four children were among the dead. The injured were taken to the nearest medical facility, but the number of victims may increase, as some of the injured are in critical condition, Xinhua said.
