More than 2 thousand users complained about failures in Telegram

More than 2 thousand users of the Telegram messenger complained about a malfunction in the service. This is evidenced by the data from the Downdetector portal.

It is specified that the largest number of complaints was received on April 21 at 23:45 Moscow time. Many people don't receive messages, and media doesn't load. In addition, for some users, the messenger simply stopped opening.

The failure affected most residents of the Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Tver, Ulyanovsk regions and the Republic of Tatarstan.
