Investors received land plots at a discounted rental rate for the construction of five production facilities in the west of Moscow. This was announced on Monday, April 21, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

The official recalled that since 2022, special conditions have been in place for investors to provide land for construction — a preferential rate of one ruble per year, writes RIAMO. Thus, CJSC allocated 16.1 hectares for enterprises producing components of harvesting equipment, small architectural forms and joinery, furniture, as well as food, NSN notes.

Contracts are concluded for five years as part of the implementation of large-scale investment projects.

According to Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry, as part of the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city has created the most comfortable conditions for the opening of new industrial enterprises in strategically important sectors. This allows investors to organize new high-paying jobs for Muscovites, the Moscow City News agency reports.
