Over 2.7 million people visited parks in the Moscow region in a week. This is reported by the online publication "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the Ministry of Landscaping of the region.

Parks and forest parks have become one of the main points of attraction for residents and visitors of the Moscow region. The number of visitors to natural areas has increased. The largest number of visitors — over 520 thousand people — was recorded on Saturday, April 19.

The most popular park was Pekhorka in Balashikha. Also among the leaders are the Central Park in Dolgoprudny, the Central Park in Pushkinskoye, the Central City Park named after M.I. Kalinin in Korolev and the park named after L. Tolstoy in Khimki.

There are 209 parks and forest parks in the Moscow region. Eight carousels have been installed in them as part of the governor's program.
