Putin told the details of the attacks by the Russian Armed Forces on Sumy and Odessa

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) held awards in Sumy for those militants who committed crimes in the Kursk region. This was announced on April 21 by Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the strike of the Russian Armed Forces on the city.

The President also noted that Kiev uses civilian facilities for military purposes — for example, together with foreign curators, it tried to organize a test of missile systems in Odessa.
