Residents of the Georgievsky district of the Stavropol Territory sent a cargo of humanitarian aid to the free zone. They collected more than 2 tons of food, equipment and parcels from military relatives, the head of the region, Vladimir Vladimirov, said on his social networks.

Among the items sent are household chemicals, dry shower kits, tactical first—aid kits, stretchers, mattresses and trench candles collected by local volunteers.

Kindergartens and schools of the district took an active part in collecting parcels. The children made handicrafts and wrote letters and postcards to the fighters wishing them a speedy victory, writes StavropolMedia news agency.

The governor also thanked all those who are not indifferent and those who support the Russian military.
