T-bank reports on the growth of its customer base

The total number of customers of the T-bank ecosystem ("T-Technologies") has exceeded 50 million, according to the company's March 2025 financial statements. The number of active app users increased by 15% year-on-year and reached 33.3 million.

The customer base grew by 19% compared to the same period in 2024. In 5 years, it has grown 5 times, with half of the active customers using at least two ecosystem services, said Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of T-Technologies.

In the first quarter of 2025, the volume of purchases made by the group's customers increased by 22%, reaching 2.3 trillion rubles. Customer funds in accounts increased by 9.3% year-on-year and amounted to 3.6 trillion rubles.

The volume of funds of individuals showed significant growth year-on-year, increasing by 31% (to more than 2.8 trillion rubles). At the same time, the total amount of customer funds deposited in the group's accounts, as well as assets under management, amounted to 5.2 trillion rubles, an increase of 15% year-on-year.

In 2025, T-Technologies expects net profit growth of at least 40%. "The operational trends that we observe following the results of the first three months of operation confirm the forecasts that we announced earlier for 2025: net profit growth of at least 40%, traditionally with a large contribution from the second half of the year, while maintaining the return on equity at the end of the year above 30%," said the president of the group.

Bliznyuk recalled that by the end of March, T shares were among the top 4 companies popular with private investors according to the Moscow Stock Exchange's "people's portfolio". "In the interests of our shareholders, we continue to combine the outpacing growth of a diversified business with high efficiency and regular dividends," he said.

In 2024, the group earned 122 billion rubles of net profit, allocating 27% of this amount to dividends. T-Technologies shareholders will receive dividends every quarter, with the next payment scheduled for May. Also in May, the group will announce financial results for the first quarter of 2025 and dividends based on the results of this period.
