Ruzil Minekaev named his main resemblance to the Harlequin from the fairy tale Pinocchio

Actor Ruzil Minekaev, who played the role of Harlequin in the new film "Pinocchio", spoke about the similarities of the characters with the character.

"Of course, we have similarities. Probably, cheerfulness is the main thing that we are similar to," Minekaev said.

According to the actor, his character is certainly sad when he is alone, but hides it behind his laughter.

Earlier, the film companies Hydrogen and Art Pictures Studio, the National Media Group, the distributor NMG Kinoprokat and Art Pictures Distribution, with the support of the Cinema Foundation, presented the first trailer for the fairy tale Pinocchio.

In addition, the trailer launch was preceded by a large-scale promotional campaign on the country's largest digital screens with the support of VK Video: video posters with the main characters of the new Pinocchio performed by Fyodor Bondarchuk, Alexander Petrov appeared in Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg and Moscow. Victoria Isakova, Alexander Yatsenko, Ruzil Minekaev, Mark Eidelstein, Lev Zulkarnaev, Anastasia Talyzina and Stepan Belozerov. The fairy tale "Pinocchio" will be released in wide release on January 1, 2026.
