Lenin's Mausoleum will be temporarily closed to visitors from April 23 to May 19.


Lenin's Mausoleum on Red Square in Moscow will be temporarily closed to visitors due to events. This was announced on April 21 by the Federal Security Service (FSO) of the President of Russia.
"From April 23 to May 19, 2025, admission of visitors to the Lenin Mausoleum <... It will not be carried out in connection with the preparation and holding of events," the agency's statement said.
It is noted that these measures will be in effect from April 23 to May 19 this year.
Earlier, from February 18 to April 14, Lenin's Mausoleum was closed for preventive maintenance. It was noted that routine preventive maintenance is carried out every two years.
