NMG presents the experimental interactive youth series "Our Garage"


On April 21, the National Media Group (NMG) launched a new interactive series for young people, Our Garage. The premiere of the first episode took place in the official community of the project on the social network VKontakte.
New episodes will be released in the same community four times a week, from Monday to Thursday. Each episode lasts an average of 15 minutes. The project combines elements of a reality show and a video blog, and also includes original musical compositions performed by the characters themselves. A total of 30 episodes are planned for the first season.
The series assumes an interactive format. Viewers will be able to chat with their favorite characters, find friends based on their interests, and participate in the expansion of the series' universe. The creators also plan to actively involve the audience in the discussion of current youth issues.
"We see that short—form viewing is popular with the younger generation, and therefore, in addition to the classic ones, we want to move into new formats and consumption channels where young people watch professionally made content," said Svetlana Balanova, CEO of NMG.
Earlier, on April 9, it was reported that NMG will launch the mobile application "Stories" in a test format, which will allow you to consume short content in the form of series, shows and various programs in a vertical format. This service is aimed at a modern audience that most often uses phones or tablets.
