A schoolboy died at recess in Krasnoyarsk

A 12-year-old boy died at a school in Krasnoyarsk during recess. On April 21, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia was informed about this.

"On April 21, 2025, the investigative authorities of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia received a message that a 12-year-old teenager had died in one of the schools in the city of Krasnoyarsk," the department's Telegram channel says.

Investigators are conducting a check on the incident. According to preliminary information, a fifth-grader at school lost consciousness during recess. The ambulance staff arrived at the scene and reported the death of the child.

It is specified that during the external examination of the teenager, no injuries were found. Law enforcement officials have ordered a forensic medical examination to determine the cause of death of the fifth-grader.
