The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has declared the activities of an Italian NGO undesirable

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has declared undesirable the activities of a foreign non-governmental organization (NGO) Comunità dei Russi Liberi in Italia, created by Russian citizens living in Italy. This was reported on the agency's website on April 21.

It is noted that representatives of the organization actively relay the theses of Western propaganda against Russia. The community regularly holds anti-Russian rallies and demonstrations.

"During the protest events, funds are being raised for the armed formations of Ukraine, which are used to purchase military ammunition, unmanned aerial vehicles and accessories for them," the Prosecutor General's Office said in a statement.

In addition, Comunità dei Russi Liberi in Italia is spreading false information about the Russian Armed Forces, the ministry said.

On April 10, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office declared undesirable the activities of the Hope Harbor Society organization. It was clarified that the community was created to unite supporters of opposition groups to counter the current government in Russia, it organizes and coordinates anti-Russian protests in the United States and other countries.
