The FSSP reported about 9.5 million debtors with a ban on traveling abroad

Currently, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia records almost 10 million enforcement proceedings, the holders of which are subject to restrictions on travel abroad. This was announced on Monday, April 21, by the FSSP of the Russian Federation.
"As of March 1, 2025, resolutions on the temporary restriction of the right of debtors to leave the Russian Federation were in effect in the framework of 9.5 million enforcement proceedings," the RIA Novosti news agency reported.
At the same time, they added that this figure is 3 million more than recorded on March 1 last year.
However, the FSSP clarified that one person may be the owner of several proceedings at once, and therefore it is difficult to find out the exact number of debtors themselves.
Earlier, on April 2, FSSP Director Dmitry Aristov said that in 2024, almost 1.3 trillion rubles were recovered as part of the enforcement. He noted that in 2024, more than 126 million enforcement proceedings were being developed.
