A fire in a multi-storey residential building in Seoul, South Korea, killed one person and injured 11 others. This was reported on April 21 by the Yonhap news agency.

"Of the 11 injured, two were taken to hospital after falling from an apartment building. The remaining nine suffered minor injuries, including smoke inhalation and difficulty breathing," the report says.

Law enforcement officers suspect that the culprit of the tragedy could be a man who deliberately set fire to the building. They are currently looking for him.
