The boulevard Park will be created on the territory of the former Brattsevo industrial zone in Moscow under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on April 18 by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, a boulevard park with different themed areas will appear in the Voykovsky district. It will stretch through a new residential area, which will be formed in this place, writes RT. In particular, four themed areas are provided: sports grounds, a playground for children, a green square and the main square.

According to Maxim Gaman, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Property, the play area will house carousels, rides, a wooden schooner and an excavator, as well as a multi-storey fort. Art objects, playgrounds and recreation areas will be placed on the main square, the Moscow City News agency notes.

The length of the boulevard will be 800 m, and public spaces will occupy about 4 hectares. Sections of the boulevard will be put into operation in parallel with the commissioning of houses. All work must be completed within six years. Boulevard Park will become a link between the educational complex, the sports and recreation complex and residential buildings, according to NSN.

On April 16, Vladimir Yefimov said that almost 190 hectares would be reorganized in Moscow under the KRT. According to him, balanced urban neighborhoods are planned to be built on plots with a total area of more than 188.6 hectares, as well as business and well-maintained spaces.
