Moscow has allocated more than 430 plots for private homes since 2020.

Since 2020, Moscow has allocated 432 plots for the construction of private houses. This was announced on Sunday, April 20, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.
According to him, the city is forming a specialized list of sites for individual housing construction (IHS), which individuals can purchase. The total area allocated over five years was almost 55.3 hectares. About 224.2 thousand square meters of real estate can be built on them, writes RIAMO. This gives citizens the opportunity to build private residential buildings and utility structures in the capital that meet their needs, while maintaining access to developed urban infrastructure. kp.ru .
To purchase a plot for the construction of a private house, it is necessary to select the appropriate option from the list and submit an application to the city Property Department, NSN notes. The purchase and sale agreement will be executed if no other applications are received within 30 days. Otherwise, an electronic auction will be held.
According to the head of the department Maxim Gaman, since 2020, the list includes sites located in eight districts: in the north, east, west, northwest and southwest of Moscow, as well as in Zelenograd, Troitsk and Novomoskovsk districts, writes Moscow 24. Of these, 350 facilities with an area of more than 45 hectares have already been implemented, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
