A child died in an accident with an ATV in Tatarstan

An accident involving an ATV occurred in the Pestrechinsky district of Tatarstan, as a result of which a child was killed and another was injured. This was announced on Sunday, April 20, by the Department of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic.

"Today, a 15-year-old girl, driving an ATV, left the dividing line and collided with a passing Skoda car driven by a driver born in 1984," the agency wrote in its Telegram channel.

It is specified that the 12-year—old boy passenger of the ATV died. The girl was seriously injured.

Currently, the circumstances of the incident are being investigated, and traffic police officers are working on the scene.
