"Farewell to Vitaly Frolikov will take place on April 23, 2025 in the funeral hall of the Central Design Bureau (Marshal Timoshenko St., 25) from 12:00 to 13:30 Moscow time," the publication says.

Everyone will be able to come and say goodbye to Frolikov.
